Should I include health information in my message?
Please do not send health information.
Do not include symptoms, diagnoses, medications, menstrual, fertility, pregnancy, sexual-health, or other sensitive health details. Varelune support is not a medical service and cannot provide medical advice or urgent help.
Will my support message be added to my Varelune health record?
Your message will be processed by Cloudflare and our email provider, then delivered to developer@varelune.app. It is not added to the Varelune app or an app database. See our Privacy Policy.
